I buy this smoker after extensive research. I will always be the “grill master” during my family, but never committed to a smoker. After while using Weber website along with a couple of other websites devoted to smoker cooking, I could effectively smoke 2 whole chickens the very first time! The chickens were moist coupled with probably the most scrumptious, delicate, smoky favor!
